You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If the merchandise is defective we’ll return the full amount within five (5) days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. If the merchandise is not defective, there will be a 15% restocking fee—resin must be returned un-opened. If there are problems with your invoice, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt. Be assured, we ship orders as quickly as possible. We typically ship on the first full business day after your order is received. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS).
If your order requires the use of a freight company, we will contact you directly to discuss it. Once shipped, the shipment tracking information will be emailed to you. If there are any delays with having your order shipped, we will inform you via email or by phone.
