Shipping policy

Be assured, we ship orders as quickly as possible (between 1-3 business days). We typically ship on the first full business day following receipt of your order. We will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers we use are the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS).

If your order requires the use of a freight company, we will contact you directly to discuss it. Once shipped, the shipment tracking information will be emailed to you. If there are any delays with having your order shipped, we will inform you via email or by phone.

Please ensure the contact information you provide to us is up-to-date and accurate. 

NOTICE OF SHIPPING HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES 

Resin and hardener cannot be shipped via air and are thus exempt from most expedited shipping options. Resins and hardener must be shipped via ground transport and may incure expenses and delays that are out of our control.
